Pricing follows the shape of the consultation. Fixed fees suit well-bounded strategy and readiness work; day rates suit open-ended reviews; retainers suit ongoing advisory questions.

How billing works
We issue a written scope and fee before work begins. Invoices are sent after agreed milestones or monthly for retainers. Deposits may apply for fixed-fee engagements booked more than four weeks ahead. See the refund policy for cancellation and rescheduling rules.
