Services described

Content on this site describes professional consulting services related to QA automation and test strategy. Descriptions are informational. A binding engagement exists only when both parties accept a written scope and fee. This website does not process payments or form a contract of itself.

Intellectual property

Text, branding, and site design are owned by StoneCore or its licensors. You may not copy substantial portions for commercial use without written permission. You retain ownership of materials you submit for an enquiry; you grant us permission to use them to respond and, if engaged, to perform the consultation under a separate agreement.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, submit unlawful or harmful content, or use contact channels for spam. We may refuse or terminate access where misuse is reasonably suspected.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law and other applicable law, StoneCore is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or reliance on general information published here. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian law. For paid consulting work, liability terms are set out in the engagement letter.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Courts of Victoria have non-exclusive jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights you hold elsewhere in Australia.

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
